The Villa
Charming villa of the ’50s,
at just 50 meters away from the sea.
The villa, included in the territory of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, is immersed in a private garden with Mediterranean vegetation as ancient pines, olive trees, eucalyptus trees, oleanders, palms, rosemary . .
POSITION
The property stands on a land above about 10 meters the provincial road Porto Azzurro / Portoferraio, in front of the Gulf of Mola.
INTERIOR
The warmth of wood, terracotta and lots of light characterize the lived interiors of the property.
All the furnishings have been chosen over the years by the owners with care and marine taste.
ROOMS
The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, including 3 large double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed, suitable for children. Each bedroom is equipped with an individual air conditioner, with remote control.
A characteristic glass window in wood occupies the entire wall of the living room and offers a priceless glimpse of the sea and the bay below.
VERANDA AND GARDEN
From the veranda, the view dominates the gulf and a large solid wood table holds up to 12 people.
The kitchen is independent, with induction plate and fully equipped.
In the garden it is possible to relax on the deckchairs in the shade of pine trees, cook at the barbecue or simply enjoy the sea view.
The fig tree hides an outdoor shower..
During the warm season the purple explosion of a luxuriant bouganville covers the main facade of the villa.
Kayaks
Guests have at their disposal 2 Kayaks ( 2 adults + 1 child per each one), easy to use, stable and unsinkable, with which to reach equipped or wild beaches, with access only from the sea ..
The position of the villa near the beach makes the transport easy. With the hand trolley provided, in less than 5 minutes it is possible to bring the kayak from the house to the sea.
The kayak has a waterproof storage compartment, a waterproof bag, two life jackets, plus one for children. The use of kayaks is subject to the payment of a deposit.

SURROUNDINGS of the VILLA
The beach of Mola, immediately in front of the villa, reachable in two minutes, crossing the provincial road by foot, is certainly suitable for walks by the sea, but is NOT suitable for bathing, due to the presence of seagrass on the sea bottom; furthermore, a stretch of the beach (unique to the island) is equipped for dogs and their owners.
Holiday Villa Elba is NOT isolated. So, thanks to the nearby road, five minutes by car are enough to reach the most beautiful sandy beaches, some with bar and restaurant service, others quieter, Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, Barabarca, Norsi, Felciaio..
